Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of gemstones and spiritual products, returns are only accepted in case of:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product on delivery
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized, engraved, or personalized items.
• Used or damaged products not due to shipping issues.

4. Refund Process

• Approved Refund will be processed within 3 Days and the refund will be credited to the original Payment Method in 5 Days.

5. Exchange Policy

• If eligible, you may exchange the product for another of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by customer).
• The Exchange item will be shipped in 3 Days and delievered in 5 Days.
